Community Classes

We host community movement, sound healing + meditation classes.

Cosmic Crystal Bowls + Tea, The Learning Circle, Meditations, Song Circles and Kirtans, Astrology Courses, Nature Inspired Rituals, Clothing Swaps are among some of our signature offerings. 

 Classes are welcoming of all + offered at affordable cost.

Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness [SHAW]

We Adapt, Adjust & Accommodate our healing arts to make it accessible to everyone. 

The SHAW program offers private and small group adaptive wellness sessions to adults with developmental disabilities. 

Sessions are held in studio or in your own home. 

Sessions incorporate yoga, cooking, music and art!

You may be able to utilize your Self Directed DDD budget for our classes.

Private/Semi-Private Yoga + Sound Healing

Can't make it to a community class or want a more intimate offering? 

We offer sessions for you {+/or} your loved ones that can include Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing + More!

 Your sessions are curated to your needs + desires.

Intimate "Day Away" Retreats + Special Occassions

I specialize in Retreat experiences!! With the utmost attention to detail, I provide you a respite from your day to day life.

These retreats are either 90 minutes or 3-hours + offer a combination of Movement, Meditation, Sound Healing +/or Intuitive Creation. Plant Based/GF homemade snacks + tea are offered with love. 

Each retreat is themed differently and is the perfect way to spend time with loved ones or celebrate birthdays, baby showers/sprinkles, engagements and the like.
